signed rental agreement to · Final Cleaning Fee: $ 75 (plus $25 for each pet) · LAST month’s rent: $1500 - $2700 (depending on season and property you wish to rent plus taxes) · (If you stay longer than one month, your first month’s rent is due two weeks prior to your arrival.
