High Season: November-March .................$1800/month
Shoulder Season: April, May & October .......$1600/month
Low season: June, July, August & September ..$1500/month

Rate does not include a $75 final cleaning fee on all rentals.

$1000 refundable Security Deposit (refunded within 14 business days after departure)

Reservation confirmation upon receipt of last month's rental fee (incl. taxes) and final cleaning fee.
Applicable State & Local Taxes not included (11.416%).
Minimum stay: One month.
Security deposit must be received 14 days prior to arrival. 
Payment by bank check, cleared personal check or wire transfer only; Credit cards not accepted.
